Nike NTC Workout App

Image
No longer do I have any excuse for sitting at home during the day when I'm not working, and not doing any kind of exercise! I've never been one to do workout videos, or make up my own exercises. It's all or nothing baby - gym, bootcamp, yoga or nothing. Until... The NTC App - Nike Training Club is like having a "personal trainer anytime, anywhere". I wonder though, if it really is possible. A friend of mine, someone I've known since Kindergarten, she says she's done a few of these half marathons with little to no training. She just "does it", pretty much. Well, she's now asking me to train with her for the Goodlife Half Marathon on May 6, 2012 .We both belong to the same gym, and live so close together, and have both always had similar sports inte...
